Training & People DevelopmentI work with many our Resourcers and Recruitment Consultants to ensure they get all of the support they need to be successful in recruitment. This includes formal training, desk-side coaching or answering questions they have to ensure they can achieve their goals. Within this I've written and implemented our induction training programme to ensure all new starters get everything they need to succeed quickly. Systems / Process ImprovementsThis part of my role sees me making improvements to our internal systems and processes to ensure we can deliver services to our candidates and clients more efficiently than anybody else.
