The company is a business management firm specializing in practice profitability and personal financial fitness for dental practitioners. I was tasked to handle all technical aspects of the company, including improving internal business processes, improving external business processes, updating and creating several company web sites, managing all technical vendor relationships.* Enhanced the internal business processes and engineered and constructed complete back office applications and external web site to allow company to distribute statements online.* Completely engineered applications that pulled data from various systems to create the company’s first data warehouse.
