Michael Minafo is an administrative professional with a decade of experience providing organizational and legal support within various industries including healthcare and higher-education.Currently, Michael is a Graduate Programs Coordinator at Tufts University reporting directly to the Dean of Graduate Education for the School of Engineering. In this role, he manages numerous internal and external stakeholder relationships all while balancing strategic priorities of the Office of the Dean. In this role, he provided administrative support to the Corporate Legal Department focusing on contract management, legal compliance, and the general handling of legal documentation.Prior to Alkermes, Michael served as a Transition Coordinator at UMass Medical School providing administrative support to ensure the accuracy of healthcare documentation and compliance with MassHealth and HIPPA standards. Additionally, he served as a liaison between multiple Personal Care Management (PCM) agencies and UMass Medical School.Academically, Michael graduated with two Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Political Science and History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, as well as a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Boston University.
