Oversees and coordinates all facility maintenance. Ensures all systems and plant operations are in compliance with applicable safety and fire regulations, federal, state, and local building codes.Implements Preventive Maintenance Programs and record keeping systems. Schedules all required service work, contracts and project proposals. Provide periodic reports while performing all the duties of a Safety Officer, and Facility Fire Marshall. Implements Preventive Maintenance Programs and record keeping systems. Maintains complete documentation of all maintenance activities including, ordering and purchasing of replacement parts and supply inventory, materials and equipment purchasing. Responsible for department Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, and requisitioning and processing required Purchase Orders.
