Brought in as a Freelance developer to head up the .NET to Rails migration. While with JibJab I rewrote various high traffic pages in Rails with MemCache as a hold over until the site could be redesigned and rewritten. Those pages included the home page, search pages, top n pages and The Great Sketch Experiment pages.

Responsible for the architecture, implementation and maintenance of the web client application. Successfully separated business logic from the presentation layer. Developed custom JSP tag libraries. Defined standards for Java, JavaScript and HTML formatting. Participate in problem report/enhancement request meetings, determining priority and resources for resolution. Responsible for Windows Media Player embedded control.
