Currently pursuing a fulltime PhD in Education at LJMU, transitioning into academia, specialising in student-centred learning and teaching, institutional evaluation and educational philosophy.Possess a passion for working with people and providing excellent customer and client service, with a proven track record of successes and achievements within the HE sector for 15 years. Main areas of focus have been professional development, active learning, digital skills, continuous improvement (Lean), business operations and organisational development: designing and delivering activities, sessions and programmes for training, teaching, coaching and mentoring. Provide 1:1 coaching, mentoring and coaching supervision for managers and staff, including facilitating action learning sets. Led a number of strategic level projects for LJMU, aligned to its Strategic Plan; including OD projects to affect institutional change and enhance culture, such as the Apprenticeship Levy Strategy and PSS Digital Capabilities Framework.
