Driven by the desire to bring my all to every task, I have built a strong base from what's been learned in the classroom and the skills I've gained outside of it. Through these experiences, I have gained communication skills, the ability to work in teams, and an analytical and efficient approach to problems.I am currently a Junior at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln studying Accounting, with a minor in Finance. I have gained a great deal from my education, as well as my work experience. Through my time at Hillcrest Country Club, I gained soft skills that will serve me well. These skills were the ability to communicate with those that I was serving, building on my team-based skills, and the importance of being adaptable. From here, I went on to my current role at Nelnet, where I work as an Accounting and Finance Intern. Through this role, I not only got my first step into the business world but also built many skills and gained invaluable experience.
