The first 20 years of my career was as a physical education instructor in the sport of gymnastics, the last ten of which as the owner of a successful gymnastics club with over 900 students and a staff of 25. As the owner/head coach, I oversaw every aspect of the business including sales, staffing, marketing, customer relations, accounting, A/P, A/R, policy and procedure development, employee training, purchasing, retail pro-shop, and equipment/facility maintenance.In 2007, I returned to school and completed a degree in IT/Computer Networking.
