Responsible for delivering Projects across multiple accounts with team sizes up to 120 people. In between projects, responsible for setting up and running some internal initiatives.Key Achievements:- Managed the migration of a VisionPlus payments platform to the latest Version. The project included data conversion, new functionality, testing migration and Warranty and required a peak team size of approx 120 people.- Managed a feasibility assessment project for migrating a legacy system for Loans, Leasing and savings to a VisionPLUS payments platform.- Managed the functional upgrades to an existing VisionPLUS environment to allow the migration from an obsolete VisionPLUS environment.- Performed Scrum Master and Delivery Manager roles for the creation of foundation components to facilitate the migration of Digital Assets onto an Adobe Experience Manager(AEM) platform. - Selected and Implemented a global cloud network connecting Melbourne, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Sydney to support virtual point to point communications with a major financial provider- Selected and Implemented a new globally accessible Project Reporting and Risk Management tool- Personally developed a project financial tracking tool

This customer facing role included responsibility for Delivery, Scheduling, Financials, Stake Holder Management and Risk and Issue Management.Key Achievements: Program managed the IBM and NAB project managers were aligned to agreed delivery checkpoints Project managed delivery of infrastructure for the SAP Application Transformation, creating a team from Australia, Malaysia and India to deliver against aggressive time lines Program managed the initiation of approximately 700 migration project requests from NAB on the Transform Program. This included the introduction of Governance on the Rapid Migration Program and improvement of quality in the offshore design team reducing the number of quality reviews from 4 to 1 Project managed the assessment the Virtualisation of Infrastructure Servers to facilitate power savings and simplify Data Centre Migrations. This required the creation and introduction of new processes to ensure fast consistent assessment results Program manager the Application Discovery Program including the Installation of hardware, the scan of approximately ten thousand servers and the production of designs for application migration. To complete this, offshore and onshore resources were brought together to work effectively as a team Project manager the upgrade obsolete database servers and software for the Home Loan Application to improve currency and performance

Responsible for delivering internal projects to National Australia Bank. This included responsibility for Delivery, Scheduling, Financials, Stake Holder Management and Risk and Issue Management and Vendor Management. Project managed the upgrade all obsolete COBOL programs to current versions of the software. This included presenting cost effective options to the Project Control Board leading to an outsourcing of the work requiring the consolidation of Vendor and NAB staff into an effective team Project managed the upgrade an obsolete middleware application (Channel Services) requiring the resolution of a major technical issue discovered late in the project that required a Vendor code change Project managed the upgrade National Online Application servers requiring the management of a major technical issue where the network architecture could not support proposed solution Project managed the upgrade of the National Online Security servers. As the project was underfunded and the design did not support existing corporate process, a full project review was required resulting in a new design, budget and schedule Project managed the introduction of Direct Debit into NAB Connect with major server upgrades. There was a strong business driver to implement within tight timeframes and Project was delivered within 6 months, on budget and with no major or medium defects Vendor managed the NAB Connect Payments System that required a fixed to the the broken relationship between NAB and the Vendor. This enabled additional deliveries in shorter timeframes from the vendor and improved project delivery timeframes by weeks Project managed an imaging system into NAB. This required the establishment of a vendor selection process/criteria and integrating two Vendors (Telstra & Kofax) with NAB project staff for a successful project delivery Project Managed the implementation of NAB’s first End to End System Test environment
