CurrentResponsible for company QMS and production quality• Develop, implement, and maintain company Quality Management System based on ISO 90001-2015 requirements.• Manage and provide leadership to the QA team to ensure that all employees are trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.• Responsible for communication with customers on quality escapes, escalations and visits. Analyze issues and ways to improve and reduce/eliminate defects.• Participate in design reviews, NPI validation and FMEA risk analysis.• Follow up with Quality Objectives (KPIs) on monthly basis and ensure that targets are achieved, and to provide necessary actions to improve KPIs and statistical trends.• Develop and implement procedures, work instructions, forms, and company quality policy to improve overall quality in collaboration with engineering and other cross-functional teams.• Manage internal CAPA system, 8D reports by using Ishikawa diagram and 5WHYs methodology• Conduct internal/supplier audits to ensure customer requirements, and engineering specifications are properly met.• Manage external suppliers, approve new suppliers, organize quarterly review of the key suppliers and audits. Issue and drive SCARs to closure.• Organize management review with the company leadership team and follow up with corrective actions• Responsible for SEMI compliance equipment safety certification.• Responsible for QC, in process, source inspections and MRB process.• Develop, implement, and maintain test & measurement equipment calibration program.• Responsible for company EHS to make sure every employee understands and follow safety rules.
