• Supervise and mentor members of the LAO Recruitment Team• Plan, develop, recommend and implement strategic programs and services related to recruitment, selection and retention based on industry best practices• Work collaboratively with HR Advisors and corporate clients to identify current and future recruitment needs.• Analyze metrics to determine workforce gaps and consult with key internal stakeholders on recruitment practices and gather market intelligence on industry trends to develop effective sourcing strategies• Determine and implement effective and innovative techniques and tools for identifying top talent including, but not limited to: internet searches, job boards, social media, open houses, campus recruiting, referral programs and networking, etc.• Assist in developing candidate pools by using behavioural and competency-based interviewing methodologies • Development of policies and practices to support recruitment strategies• Maximize the efficiency and timeliness of the recruitment process by ensuring that internal stakeholders are provided with high level quality tools and resources • Coach hiring managers on appropriate selection process techniques to ensure that the most suitable candidates are selected for various roles.

As a member of the Human Resources Team, I participates in the development, implementation and monitoring of employment practices, policies, systems and procedures and acts as a strategic consultant to assigned client groups to ensure the development and delivery of HR products and services that meet their current and future needs.
