The SFS Programme is co-led by South Africa, Switzerland, Hivos and WWF, with the support of a Multi-stakeholder Advisory Committee (MAC) with 23 members from five different stakeholder clusters, such as FAO, US Department of Agriculture, Brazil Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply, Nestlé, the German Development Institute or the UN Standing Commission on Nutrition.Tasks:- Contributing as co-lead to the development of a Programme structure and work plan, building consensus and and setting strategic priorities within a 150-member network.- Coordinating development, contribution or participation of the SFS Programme in over 20 high-level events, conferences or fora.- Member of the organizing committee for the 1st and 2nd Global Conference of the Sustainable Food Systems Programme.- Coordinating consortia for proposal development and funding applications.- Drafting positions and coordinating advocacy activities or public consultation efforts.- Leading the development of new knowledge resources on sustainable food systems and the need for systems-based approaches in the food and agriculture sectors.
