• Kargo Technologies is a company that aims to digitize logistics operations in Indonesia in order to increase visibility, transparency, and productivity between related stakeholders in the supply chain. • Managed product delivery in a team of 11 engineers and 2 designers, including ideation, writing documentation, stakeholder management, sprint grooming, sprint planning, and sprint review• Led development of logistics analytics dashboard, which allow monitoring shipment time performance, shipment fulfilment rate, and fleet utilization rate, increasing vendor fleet productivity from 85% to 95% • Led platform cross-selling initiative between Kargo TMS (Transportation Management System) and Payment Solutions for logistics financing, which bridged logistics financing solution between vendors and peer-to-peer lending partners, unlocking potential revenue stream of 1 Mio USD • Led development of accounts payable and accounts receivable dashboard used by internal team, which enabled transaction monitoring for logistics financing solution, increasing SLA compliance for payment to vendor within 24 hrs from 80% to 100% and reducing number of outstanding repayment by vendor from 10% to 2%• Triaged Kargo TMS product-based issue escalation and resolution for vendors, unblocking vendors’ operating cashflow up to 100k USD
