CurrentRegistered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark OfficePrepares, prosecutes, and enforces U.S., PCT and foreign patents related to electromechanical technologies such as semiconductor wafer manufacturing, electric motors, recreational equipment, mine systems, batteries, manufacturing processes and medical devices. Regularly counsels clients regarding enforcement options in the U.S. and in foreign jurisdictions and on concurrent patent litigation and reexamination; additionally is extensively involved in patent reexaminations, including inter partes and ex parte reexaminations.Works closely with inventors and businesses in patent portfolio development, enhancement, licensing and monetization, and assists clients with due diligence and agreements relating to mergers and acquisitions and joint development agreements.
