Greatly improved the businesses perception of IT and increased profits by £300K per annum. Business used “4 eye principle” and financial authority matrix to delegate authority and manage risk. Bespoke development and integration of electronic invoicing and workflow module in ERP system facilitated both. Efficiencies gained in invoice processing and authorisation allowed the business to negotiate early settlement discounts with suppliers. Benefit of which increased profits by £250K per annum.Continual improvements in the integration of core business systems increased transparency.
