Recruits, hires, and manages 36 full time and 120 part time student personnel providing end user IT support to the College of Engineering across 15 engineering disciplines. Leads motivates and develops teams staffed with multi-disciplined technicians to accomplish various tasks and projects. Enforces ethical, regulatory and performance standards while overseeing and managing personnel issues. Uses established project management protocols to lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of IT projects. Facilitates the analysis of project needs and risks and recommends solutions. Develops project or area budgets.

Facilitated all aspects of city and utility fiber optic network to include OPGW substation to substation connectivity. Assisted with management of licensed and unlicensed data and voice RF communications infrastructure allowing for Public Safety communications, SCADA applications, and Automatic Metering capabilities.

Overseas 100+ personnel in the installation and maintenance base infratructure and radio systems.
