As CEO of Vecta led the company from several research products to a focused R&D effort and built the infrastructure towards one promising product that will be attractive towards out licensing. 2. I accelerated the lead product through preclinical into successful clinical trials in the USA while recruiting new and outsourced expertise. 3. Managed the company through meeting with the USFDA towards IND application approval and into phase IIb trials in the USA. 4. During my tenure 2 successful further financing were met. 5. I've led the BD efforts together with the Chairman.

Renopharm is a medicinal chemistry start up, developing novel molecules (NCEs) for the cardiovascular pharmaceutical industry. The company is part of the Nazareth joint Arab-Jewish technology accelerator program (NGT). As CEO of Renopharm I was responsible for the buildup of the chemical laboratory, managed the company's preclinical trials and was responsible for its further financing, negotiating with the Chief Scientific Officer's office and did several successful road shows.

GiGi Media conducted marketing, development & management of internet based gaming sites for the international public. As VP marketing I managed the companies advertising campaigns, tournaments and customers service to enhance the ROI.

Biovac is a private veterinary biologicals and pharmaceutical procucer as well as distributor company for the Israeli market. I was co founder and owner.I was responsible for the build up of the biological plant, its production of seed material as well as commercial batches.

BLT was the Biological Production Plant for Teva’s group of pharmaceutical companies, producing vaccines, antibodies and anti sera for the Israeli and international veterinary market. As MD I directed the company''s overall activities in the R&D, production and international marketing including FAO tenders. represented the company before the management of Teva and BOD for the yearly financial planning. During my tenure BLT became the No.1 biological producer in Israel and for some years was responsible for up to 20% of Teva's net income. BLT played a major role in Teva's take over of Abic Ltd.
