As the Director of Operations and Strategy at Wishlist, I had the opportunity to help shape our company’s direction and success. Working closely with the CEO and as one of the five members of the Leadership Team, I was fortunate to help set our company’s vision, goals, and strategies.One of my key achievements was leading the validation, initial scoping, and business model creation for new software that boosted our annual recurring revenue (ARR) by more than 200%. I also spearheaded strategic initiatives and tackled key business challenges in our fast-paced startup environment.I had the opportunity to oversee our Marketplace, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams, overseeing five direct reports. My responsibilities included setting strategy, budgeting, hiring, and setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). Under my leadership, we increased CX agent capacity by 65%, improved our customer satisfaction (CSAT) score from 90% to 98%, and raised the CSAT response rate from 7% to 25%.Leading cross-departmental projects, I focused on enhancing efficiency, quality, and scalability, ensuring all teams were aligned and committed to our goals. I also conducted audits of our business processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.In essence, my role was all about making sure our operations ran smoothly and that our strategies were sound.

As the Agency Owner and Operator of Monday Creations, I had the pleasure of leading a dedicated team of 5 employees and 13 independent contractors. Together, we managed the day-to-day operations and tackled a variety of exciting projects. My role involved overseeing project management, keeping a close eye on our P/L, and driving growth KPIs to ensure our agency’s success.I focused on enhancing our operational efficiency by developing and implementing standardized internal business processes. Quality control was a top priority, so I put measures in place to maintain the high standards our clients expected from us.One of the most rewarding aspects of my job was working closely with our clients. I tracked their KPIs and conducted thorough analyses to identify any growth obstacles they faced. From there, I created actionable proposals to help them overcome these challenges and achieve their goals.
