CurrentDirectly responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple creative projects from conception to delivery, providing project estimates, coordinating resources, managing changing priorities, developing comprehensive timelines, briefing and overseeing designers, and ensuring final designs are delivered on-time, on-budget and comply with our creative standards.• Works as a liaison between account managers and clients on artistic direction and deliverables to ensure creative projects meet design specifications and are delivered on time and within budget.• Manages weekly asset creative schedule.• Manages communication and approvals between creative and client teams.• Creates concept briefs, graphic assortment presentations and client proposals.• Maintains organization of company’s artwork database; including archiving of files for easy access.• Applies quality control through the review of all designs produced to ensure that creative products comply with design standards, policies, directives, and client needs.• Audit and identify process improvements, proactively presenting suggestions for increased efficiencies in workflow, communications and processes & procedures.• Self-educates on the latest trends and technology related to design and cultivates the career development of staff.
