In order to build a community with a mission, I have created and executed a vision for student outreach, engagement, support, and teaching.Along with many smaller roles, my main focus and emphasis as the director has been the following:- Facilitating a weekly meeting of up to 50 students, planning content and details, building relationships, and public speaking- Leading a team of twelve leaders, including scheduled individual weekly meetings as needed- Outreaching to the community via businesses, students, other organizations, and more- Collaborating with a team of staff members by way of regular meetings, check-ins, and partnerships on projects and goals- Assisting with staff development, retreats, trips, budgeting, and community relations- Regularly teaching trainings and workshops, and preaching to large groups of studentsThis position has very high relational focus, while also requiring efficient and responsible performance of many detail-oriented tasks.
