CurrentArchitect of organization’s people experience enabling employees to use their unique strengths and abilities to achieve success, both individually and organizationally. · Lead function-specific initiatives and projects to create development opportunities for over 3,300 administrative/clinical employees· Create and implement engagement and performance strategies to maximize employee engagement through all levels of the organization· Collaborate cross-functionally on enterprise-wide projects activating the vision of the ultimate people experience· Collect, study, and leverage engagement data to drive organizational initiatives and improvements· Build multi-level leadership programs focused on strength-based management and building a people-centric work culture
