I am someone who loves to learn new things. So far in my career, I have spent time learning 4 areas within JP Morgan Chase, which has been a wonderful opportunity for my career growth. I graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Management Information Systems, learning the skill of mixing data with storytelling. Through my career, I have continued that path by being part of a program that enables us to move through the bank and learn new areas. Through the Chase Leadership Development Program, I have worked within Card Acquisition Risk, Ink Small Business Credit Card, and Data Privacy. In Risk, I frequently created data pulls utilizing SAS and SQL, then created dynamic dashboards with Tableau to tell my story. As part of the Small Business Card Team, I enhanced my storytelling skills by frequently presenting analyses on Ink's positive impact on businesses with majority minority communities. I now currently sit within the Data Privacy Office at Chase, developing new skills while learning an industry I find fascinating.
