Michael A. Njo, DDS is an accomplished dentist, businessman, and educator. An alumnus of the University of the Pacific, San Francisco CA, Dr. Njo operated several dental offices after graduating in 1989. From 1990 to 2004, he provided all aspects of dental services with focus on cosmetic dentistry and personalized care. His work as a dentist was recognized in 1997 by the San Mateo County Dental Society.In 1995, Dr. Njo established Dental Strategies, a specialized consulting firm that helps dental practitioners realize their professional and business goals. As the current director of Dental Strategies, Dr. Njo imparts valuable counsel on numerous areas including forming partnerships, preparing for retirement, and using new technology.As an educator, Dr. Njo worked from 2004 to 2006 as an associate professor at the University of the Pacific Arthur Dugoni School of Dentistry in the diagnostic emergency and removable prosthodontic departments. In 2005, he received from the university the Best Clinical Instructor for 2nd year students award.
