• Provided strategic organisation-wide environmental sustainability advice for large government and corporate clients ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and other mandatory reporting obligations.
• Identified and implemented site specific environmental (energy, water and waste) improvement initiatives and project management of these upgrades.Key Results:
• Increased NABERS Star ratings at 16 sites across the portfolio.
• Portfolio wide year-on-year decrease in C02-e per FTE and m2 as measured through mandatory reporting.
• $186k saved p.a. at Box Hill site after implementation of recommendations.

• Completed numerous environmental audit reports and assessments.
• Managed multiple projects and led small teams.Key Results:
• Introduced NABERS Assessments, Grant submission assistance and Energy Audits as new business streams for the Canberra Office in alignment with the organisation’s strategic direction.
• Site Supervision during Stage 2 Construction of Tharwa Bridge, ACT ($26M), overseeing the project including works such as jet grouting into the environmentally sensitive Murrumbidgee River resulting in no environmental.
• Streamlined the reporting process for the ‘Building the Education Revolution’ South Illawarra region Program of Works ($1.7B; 184 projects) reducing reporting effort from 10 to 3 working days per month.
