As the senior SIGNARAMA training instructor I am responsible for teaching the basics of business development and the basics of the competitive world of Sign Building. This includes the sales and marketing, staff management, graphic design, wide format printing, ICC profiles, application and quality control. Business management is a large portion of the training that covers health business mix, P&L's, staff development, profitability and community giveback.

The UFG corporate headquarters, located in West Palm Beach, Fla., controls operations for approximately 200 employees in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Australia and offers support to the remaining countries around the world.As Ohio Region Operations Advisor I provide franchise development for 43 Sign A Rama stores in PA/IN/OH/MI/KY • Work directly with Franchisee’s to develop and grow their business, targeting both sales and profit.• Provide comprehensive onsite training for new, emerging and mature owners covering all aspects of business operation including design, production, customer service, sales, marketing, human resources, financial evaluations, goal setting, financial reviews, business development, POS software, and equipment operation. • Promote company led initiatives: on line sign ordering, social media integration into business’, and search engine optimization for store web sites. Assist stores in using these tools to help grow sales.• Support existing stores based on a business review and influence their efforts with the goal of overall improvement in performance and a focus on bottom line results.• Conduct regional support seminars in the marketing, operations, financial, goal setting, business development and technical areas focused on franchise location growth.• Assist in the franchise sales department, supporting trade shows and individual meetings with potential new franchisees. • Created training program for new Operations Advisors and was responsible for training and mentoring new team members.
