Has a proven track record involving the design and production of engineered CAD 2-D and 3-D drawings, 3-D animated models, project and equipment specifications, datasheets, spreadsheets, schedules, engineering and construction procedures, governmental regulations, codes, standards, and guides. Skills and knowledge that also includes a wide use of various specialized computer programs clients/owners may prefer for their specific project.This includes a competent ability to prepare complete site plans and drawings for commercial, industrial, marine, and power generation applications associated with initial proposals and bid support, dealing with process flow diagrams and scope creation. Equipment documentation for material requisitions, relocations, and disposal efforts. Preliminary design layout plans concerning field walk downs used for establishing demolition and retrofit drawings including new builds. Detailed design plans utilizing piping and instrumentation drawings, electrical schematics, isometric piping and electrical drawings, pipe support drawings, which include documents for lock out/tag out clearance schemes of various equipment, piping and electrical systems. Experience includes field construction support processing RFIs, ECNs, FCRs and FCNs, final completion of “As-Built” and record of construction drawings while meeting aggressive project engineering and construction deliverables while achieving on-time project closeout.
