During my 6 months at Amazon Robotics, I spearheaded several key initiatives that significantly enhanced production efficiency and cost savings for ToteASRS:-Innovation in Shelf-to-Column Attachment: Designed a new shelf-to-center column attachment feature using Pugh and pairwise models, projected to reduce production time by 2 minutes per shelving unit and decrease overall operation costs.-Enhanced Shelf-to-Base Attachment: Developed a new attachment mechanism for existing storage technology, reducing part count while maintaining structural integrity. This innovation is expected to be incorporated into 500,000 units by 2025, saving $1.2 million per 100,000 units.-FEA Assembly Support: Utilized FEA models to optimize base-to-center column structures, minimizing stress points and deflections, thus significantly reducing prototyping and in-house testing time.-On-Site Management and Repair: Provided on-site support at the Houston facility, managed facility workers, and led repairs for storage tech units with reliability concerns. These efforts prevented the decommissioning of an estimated 100,000 storage pods, ensuring they remained operational.-Quality Assurance through FEA Simulations: Conducted FEA simulations to assess center column transportation and structural reliability, successfully debunking damage concerns and ensuring parts withstand static loading.-Deflection Jig Design: Designed a deflection jig to evaluate shelf thicknesses and geometries, maximizing cost savings and ensuring structural integrity. My startup company, Geosphere, is a non-profit organization that donates to Environmental Agencies/Businesses that are promoting a clean climate initiative. My company aims at selling products such as stickers, and using that profit, to make a difference in the world today!

-Collaborated with cross-disciplinary teams to research and evaluate consumer concerns related to existing products on market, developed preliminary solutions through design process from machine rig to mass production. -Completed two product builds and initiated one new build. Incorporated hacking and remodeling techniques to resolve control flow and touchpoint errors, while introducing new enhancements for consumer accessibility.-Machined showerhead pieces to improve fluid flow, ensuring complete saturation across coffee grounds. Used Solidworks to produce several showerhead iterations and analyzed fluid flow by dremeling frontal region of machine to analyze fluid behavior. Gathered key performance indexes (KPI) and increased overall extraction percentages by 1-2% on average, creating a more flavorful coffee output.-Utilized Arduino to hack into competitor units to obtain serial data, analyze its outputs, and adjust code to achieve perfect KPI results, resulting in a patentable solution for any user to brew a perfect cup of coffee.

Worked within the Disability Resource Center to ensure every student at Northeastern can obtain an accurate understanding of the curriculum at hand and have a fair chance at succeeding in the course at hand. For the Fall 2021 semester I wrote pronounced notes for mathematics and business courses.
