As trusted advisor, assembled work teams ensuring collaboration and accountability that consistently exceeded goals for productivity, efficiency, and quality of operations.• Developed organizational policies and procedures about healthcare delivery, clinical operations, occupational health, training, and supply management.• Emergency Manager. Received the highest possible grades during all 18 external inspections for Medical, Habitability, NAVOSH(OSHA) programs, Radiation Health, Nuclear Weapons, and Tactical Readiness. Earned unit awards for medical readiness, health promotions, and safety, culminating in the coveted Battle "E" unit award. Executive program manager for medical administration, radiation health, occupational safety and health programs, financial programs, and food service sanitation. Coordinated efforts with reactor operators, and reactor laboratory technicians in mitigating risk of occupational exposure. • Selected as lead Medical Department Head and Radiation Health Officer for a $2 billion nuclear-powered ballistic missile submarine with a $2 million annual operating budget.
