As a Key Account Manager for Solenis, a global industrial water treatment company, I manage a large corporate customer account in the recycled paper industry. My role is to provide specialty water treatment solutions to eliminate waste, improve sustainability, and make positive financial and production impacts for my customers. While my role is centrally focused on my problem solving and chemistry expertise, I find the most rewarding and impactful part of my skillset being my ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels. I’m passionate in leading my team and communicating with my customers to resolve any challenges, maintain high production standards, or move the company forward with a new project. I believe that building strong relationships through daily troubleshooting, a chat over coffee, or a round of golf after work in being the key to success in the business environment and achieving the best business solution.From an educational standpoint, I obtained my BS in Electrical Engineering in 2014 from Michigan Technological University (MTU). Upon earning this degree, I continued my education at MTU with a goal of earning my MS in Chemical Engineering. With a few credits to go, I was hired by Solenis, allowing me to begin my professional journey. Continuing education and learning continues to play an important role in my life, whether it be in my current position or through the reading of business publications.While at MTU, I student coached the women's NCAA volleyball team and continued coaching for a few years while living in Green Bay. Through my coaching experience and the past 5 years working at Solenis, I've learned my true passion and skillset is in helping people to achieve optimal success. My continued career progression and accomplishments I've achieved for both my customers and my personal growth directly relate to the positive and rewarding relationships I've developed. My goal is to continue to grow professionally and personally, challenging myself and those I work with to achieve high results.
