BIM Coordinator on Schools Bundle 4, in which I was involved on the 1st Project in Ireland and Europe to achieve BIM to Facilities Management data transfer and Implementation.Responsibility on Schools Bundle 4 was to manage the Information on large live projects delivered through BIM, Coordinate and align all disciplines to deliver the project goals. Compiling as built drawings and looking after subcontractors with levels etc. Preparing method statements, traffic management plans, attending subcontractor monthly safety meetings as well as chairing Joint Safety Committee meetings. Ensuring that safety procedures are adhered and communicating safety with subcontractors through tool box talks. Responsible for internal works to KGH and external works to The Glen.
