Prestige Holdings Limited is a restaurant management company which operates the KFC, Pizza Hut, TGI Fridays™, Subway and Starbucks brands in Trinidad and Tobago as well as other Caribbean Islands.In this role I project managed the development and launch of the largest local QSR e-commerce platform. Worked closely with the Commercial, Operations Marketing and IT functions to implement campaigns and site plans quickly growing sales to +$M. Key member of the team that achieved #2 global conversion rate against significantly larger markets. Configured and managed enterprise CRM and implemented email & push notification campaigns quickly growing data pool to hundreds of thousands of active subscribers.

Skyviews Inc. is a Barbados-based business, and has been working across the Caribbean for over a quarter century.As General Manager, I had operational responsibility for the company and deploying strategic initiatives focused digital transformation.

Unicomer Group is a multinational retailing group headquartered in San Salvador, El Salvador operating several chains of retail brands in the consumer durables sector, specializing in furniture, audio & video, appliances, and electronics in over 1,000 stores in Central America, the Caribbean, South America, and the United States. As Senior Manager, I had direct responsibility for growing the Trinidad e-Commerce business. My portfolio was expanded to include Business Development and later Marketing and Advertising.
