Understanding all of digital is essential to help a business achieve top results from a website that is set up to best convert their targeted traffic generated from Google and Social Media. We help them to find hot leads and how they can nurture other colder leads making them more likely to become customers. I fully submerge myself into training and seeing what is working with other businesses and how it can be implemented into my clients businesses. Creating a digital strategy is essential for a business wanting to succeed with their online investments making sure they know exactly what's working and what they can invest more time and money in. Tracking, adapting and overcoming obstacles is what I do best. I work closely with my clients to make sure that investment is in the right areas.

Gm-design was my door into the industry doing everyday what I loved to do. It was a fantastic opportunity to push what was a hobby into a career. Having a strong passion for website design and development being able to straight away work on such a high profile client Schwarzkopf Professional. My role within the company started as a supporting role to the creative director. This was fantastic for me as I was working closely with a highly skilled professional that had been already working in the industry for over 20 years. This advanced my skillset leaps and bounds within a very short space of time and I was soon given creative freedom which was great for my confidence.There soon became a need within the company for a website developer to handle the Schwarzkopf professional website. As development was a strong area in which I was self-taught through my hobby before joining gm-design. I was looked to handle any of the development projects on the website. This then became a very large part of my role in the business. So much so that after leaving gm-design I was kept on in a freelance capacity for 6 months.
