I assisted in setting up and rolling forward reports that supported our month-end and quarterly forecast cycles. I also played a role in the month-end close process, which involved validations, Cost Center analysis, and management reporting.One of my responsibilities was to take ownership of and maintain the department calendar, which listed all the key monthly and forecast/budget tasks and milestones. I helped ensure that we complied with Group reporting timetables for all relevant Finance deliverables.I provided support for the consolidation of management information in Excel from the submitted Opco forecast models. This included summarizing risks and opportunities, as well as capital expenditure summaries.I took charge of the forecast data load (DPL) and validation processes into SAP and the WB global overhead planning tool (GPP).Additionally, I assisted in creating and continually updating SAP BW reporting templates to meet our management information needs.Lastly, I helped prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses as needed by our Business Partners or the Executive Director of Management Reporting. This also involved supporting group management reporting activities when required.
