• Oversee fund accounting operations for a team of 4+ analysts across multiple Family Office and Hedge Fund clients• Produce external reporting/trackers/templates using Microsoft Excel to meet client needs and increase monthly process efficiency• Serve as primary point of contact for on-going client service and deliverables• Review analyst level work to ensure accuracy and compliance to standard operating procedures• Develop and maintain client relationships via communication, transparency, and consistent meeting of deliverables• Onboard new clients by leading efforts to rebuild data, set up integrations, develop reporting package, and designing monthly process • Review audited financial statements and facilitate distribution to client auditors• Manage monthly partnership accounting closes and review for both Hedge Fund and Family Office clients• Participate in the interviewing and hiring process of new employees and provide feedback to manager for employee annual reviews• Delegate and manage ad-hoc audit, tax, and client requests/projects between team members • Served as an internal subject matter expert on the Private Equity module within the Archway Platform• Participate as a presenter and system expert in bi-annual user conference called IMMERSION

• Partner with Senior Accounting team to research and ultimately clear outstanding items for RUNCO credit/debit cards through WorldPay and RunIt (pos system)• Assist with monthly close and reconciliation.• Identify, investigate, and account for missing deposits and large variance shortages in cash deposits from stores.

• Consult with head Varsity coach about player placement within the program.• Identify areas for improvement and help create practice plans accordingly.• Responsible for all aspects of Junior Varsity baseball program including coaching, player development, social events, and season ending recognition.References Available Upon Request• Mentor players on and off the field.
