Annually elected by fellow members as Chairperson 2013-2017 and Vice Chair for 2012, then again as Vice Chair in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. Originally appointed by Boston's Mayor Menino in July, 2008 to fill an interim term. Reappointed December 2008 for full four year term, then reappointed again in December 2012 for a second four-year term. Reappointed by Boston's Mayor Walsh to 3rd four-year term in January 2017 and 4th four-year term in January 2021.

I led a team of dedicated professionals handling the investment, trust, credit, banking and wealth planning needs for successful individuals and families. As a former commercial lender for 20+ years, a particular emphasis and expertise was working with senior corporate executives and owners of privately held businesses.

Led Citizens Financial Group's division for insurance agencies. Co-led two insurance agency acquisitions and integration into Bank. Managed all aspects of daily operations, full responsibility for achievement of budget objectives, cross-sell efforts with Bank clients, development of new products and procedures. Co-led ultimate successful sale (for CFG and for employees of the agencies) to strategic acquiror.

Successfully co-developed, introduced and managed commercial sales management effort across New England. Developed cross sell effort, including full incentive and performance management tracking. Led effort to raise awareness of Citizens Bank's commercial presence.Citizens Financial Group is wholly owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland

Last position was one of six Regional Presidents, leading the Bank's retail and commercial presence in Boston's MetroWest region for 1997-2000. Prior position included Commercial Team Leader and Commercial Lender to small and mid-sized businesses located in New England.
