It is documented by the AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée). It is an established system, and the methods are replicated throughout the world. Feng Shui – a Chinese practice which harmonises individuals with their surrounding environments. In the west, the subject was the interior of a property. I wanted to study the whole environment. After more than two years of searching, I found a practitioner who was looking for students to be trained in her expertise – KanYu (The Management of the Environment). Only students of serious intent were invited for the training near Seattle, Washington, USA.The training was intense, very much like my training to be a Court Reporting Office. There was apprenticeships on various projects.I now understand the various division of London – the wealthy, middle classes and the deprived. More importantly, I can see the developing trend where areas are being gentrified, becoming poorer and staying the same.
