● Semiconductor Tool Install Project Manager overseeing the Dry Etching Hookup Scope and team.● Management of scope includes cradle to grave ownership through design review, material/equipment procurement & tracking, field mobilization, schedule execution and successful QAQC to turn over the system(s) to the customer. ● Project & Site Details: 17 General Contractors, 480+ Subcontractors, a 15,000+ person labor force spanning across 1,100 acres. Approximately 2,000,000 square feet of cleanroom space as Fab 21 is scheduled to be the largest chip manufacturing site in North America and the Greenest Chip Fab across the globe.

● Held a integral role in the Management of 35+ Trades & Subcontractors, Support staff (Safety, QAQC, Site Operations, Accounting) in the Mission Critical and Hyperscale Data Center space for a confidential client. ● Maintained the project schedule while owning the entirety of the project financials from the bid process to closeout on a multi-project campus consisting of over 800,000 Sq. Ft and 95-megawatt buildout.

Project Management for two 300,000 Sq. Ft Build-Outs of 60-megawatt Data Centers for a confidential client.Data Center Project Management & Finance● Managed operational costs, performed successful resource and financial forecasting based on the construction schedule for two ongoing projects.● Assisted in all project activities both on and off-site, to ensure milestones are met and completed per the project timeline. Including contract negotiations, compliance, scope of work, budgeting, and scheduling.● Provided real-time tracking of costs against target values and forecasting cost to complete based on design and construction progress.Preconstruction & Business Development● Focused on cost savings initiatives through collaboration during design, promotion of offsite fabrication and modularization of systems to provide a net reduction in install costs to the owner and trade partners.● Evaluated bid proposals as well as prepared specs, drawings and contracts documents for our subcontractors & vendors to price.● Provided meaningful business development leads, continuously built upon our professional network and maintained our strategic relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, local officials and other industry stakeholders.

Project Management for a 1,100,00 Sq. Ft Semiconductor Facility, including 390,000 Sq. Ft of ISO 5 (Class 100) Clean Room Space. Tool Install, High-Purity and Process Piping build-out to maximize manufacturing of 14 nanometer technology.● Assisted in the management of process and mechanical cleanroom piping and high-purity installation for GlobalFoundries Fab 8 Campus’ semiconductor tool install through a successful IPD approach in a joint-venture with Southland Industries.● Contributed to owner and trade partner collaboration, from the design phase through testing and turn over. Including the utilizing lean construction methods such as pull planning, weekly work planning, offsite fabrication and resource forecasting.● Reviewed scope documents and assisted in creating accurate cost estimates and proposals based on scope & design changes..
