Engaged as part of the JLL AIM 2020 to upgrade the corporate ERP (Peoplesoft) from v8.4 to v9.2. Developed nUnit testing strategy for the testing of Peoplesoft SOAP API’s. Resulting in the onboarding of new countries' timeframes reduced from 2 months to 1 week. EMEA go-live April 2019 with 6 integrated applications. APAC rollout October 2019 with MRI, Salesforce, Workday and MS Dynamics CRM. Programme delivered a consistent accounting design across the global business allowing consistent global reporting. Lead technical consultant in a project to digitize the rating team business. Saved business £250k p.a.

SPF Private Clients required consultancy in the ongoing maintenance and development of their Pivotal CRM system along with general application development. Created Digitised sales process application for mortgage brokers. Developed in C# and MVC utilising a Bootsrap 3 front end. Used a SOA framework written using WCF. I was the only developer working on this solution providing the full end to end solution. Replacement of legacy credit card authorisation with a REST web service based solution. Resulted in 50% increased productivity, reduction in case closure timescales, and cost reductions of £50k p.a.Integration of OpenGI insurance broking system to CRM and ERP system. GI Business grew 15% in 3 months without additional headcount. Design development and implementation of 2 IOS and Android applications using Ionic Framework. Provided brand awareness for organisation in Google Play and Apple App stores.

Savills were replacing their legacy Pivotal CRM with MS Dynamics CRM engaged as a consultant working on a multi-currency instruction registration and billings system incorporating Fee, Disbursement, and Time-based billing. Real-time interface using WCF to automatically transfer invoice data to the back office accounting system. Ensured staff able to bill disbursements in real-time to improve cash flow and customer retention.Migration and consolidation of data into Dynamics CRM using SSIS.WCF based interface between Concur using REST web service and the back office. Data passed from multiple applications in real time. Provided staff with the ability to charge expenses to clients without delay.SQL data warehouse with feeds from Dynamics CRM, ReapIT, Pivotal CRM and Dream. Provided business with a 360 view of their clients across disparate data silos in a single unified view. Bootstrap UI provided data for users to create summary and detailed reports of client activity in advance of engagement Development and implementation of Dynamics CRM plug-ins, workflows, forms and client-side javascript.

Responsible for the on-going development and implementation of the Blue Bison product portfolio. This included KYC, Company Management and HR system. The HR system was completely rewritten using an offshore team based in Chennai, India. This involved creation of functional and technical requirements and ensuring code quality and adherence to the requirements for the whole project life-cycle. Other products were managed in house using an internal development team
