As a chartered Architectural Technologist, I undertook the detailed design of all projects within the practice. This involved research into building methods and materials, writing specifications, and producing drawings for use on site.During the 90s I was the project manager for the building of over 70 stores for Aldi Foodstores Ltd throughout the northwest of England and Wales. In my role as a director, I was responsible for the delivery of projects to all Clients from RIBA Stage D to completion, planning workload internally, and liaising with external consultants to ensure that deadlines were met, quality was maintained and costs were kept within budget.
