- General management function over VICE's consumer revenue-driven business lines in the US: Astro Guide and VICE Experiences. - Oversee content, P&L management, product strategy, marketing, and CRM to create offerings for VICE's most loyal users.

- Led strategy & operations team & acted as chief of staff for Digital LOB.- Drove thought leadership around profitability & growth planning, divisional quarterly OKRs, budget & resource planning, LTP, M&A strategic diligence, organizational planning with a particular focus on editorial, production, and audience teams, and new content formats & revenue streams.

- Led 6-month opportunity assessment for SVOD & direct-to-consumer opportunities for VICE.- Launched VICE's first business analytics capabilities and team.

- Operations lead for VICE's audience development, social media, and publishing teams.- Led hiring of social media editors and completed ad-hoc research & analytics projects.

Offered general consulting, targeting, direct voter contact, field, fund raising, and direct mail services to candidates running in two county, six state, and one federal election in the 2013 and 2014 election cycles.
