Product Manager
Current- Provide effective and efficient Management of two Mobile apps concurrently to Bank’s customers.- Support the product management budget to ensure objectives can be achieved within budget and meets or exceeds profit goals.-Collaborate with Risk Management and other key business partners to identify and maximize profitability through the management of risk levels/ risk mitigants.- Manage the life cycle of enterprise products from ideation to launch. -Take the initiative to lead soft launch execution, working with other important stakeholders and marketing teams to advance new product initiatives.-Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, business analysts, UI/UX designers, QA , and operations for product development. -Track and analyze metrics, compare them to industry standards, and review product performance, risks, and long- and short-term opportunities.-Train internal & external customers regularly on the benefits and capabilities of the new features and products built.-Deploy strategies to increase penetration of the mobile banking app to over 1.2 million subscribers within 1 year.-Drive initiatives to increase transactional activities of the mobile banking products bringing us to 2nd position from 5th in the industry e-business income ranking with about 14,5% market share from 9.6%.
