- Recruitment, training,and monitoring of deposit mobilization Officers-Design and roll out of viable savings products-Planning and coordination of market awareness,sales promotions and brand visibility activities.-leveraging on Agent banking and alternate channels to drive deposit.-Reconciliation and control of all deposit activities.-Ensure business growth and sustainability in line with business targets.-Review and render, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales performance and reports to management team and board of directors.
