In this stand alone role I am responsible for the implementation, maintenance and support of the complete IT infrastructure across a number of sites for RSL NSW and its subsidiaries; Veteran Sport Australia, RSL DefenceCare, and Hyde Park Inn (HPI) and RSL NSW sub-Branch members. Providing wholistic support to over 120 staff members and 350 sub-Branch office bearers.- Provide Onsite, remote and phone support. - Liaise with vendor\software providers to be able better support organisational requirements.- Ad-hoc desktop support and system advice to over 350 sub-Branch office Bearers Research, analyse and recommend computer products and applications to improve productivity.- Negotiate pricing and procurement contracts for all hardware and software- Manage the IT budget – ensure appropriate approval an accurate allocation of on-costs to relevant cost-centersKey Projects - Office 365 migration - Implemented Multi-Factor authentication and self-password reset across the whole organisation.- Implemented SharePoint Online as an internal intranet.- Office relocation liaised with phone/internet vendors to have the new site operational before moving in date - Successfully had the new office setup and ready for staff on move in day.
