Duties:- Directly managed around 55-70 portfolios of injured workers in IFNSW Health Portfolio - Review and dispute claim liability in accordance with the Workers Compensation Act 1987 and Workplace Injury Management and Workers Compensation Act 1998.- Ensure claims management is in accordance with legislation, regulations and EML policies and procedures.- Facilitated good business relationships with Agencies and key stakeholders.- Strategically manage claims to achieve the optimum outcome for injured workers while minimising claim costs.- Review treatment requests and ensure all treatments are reasonably necessary for the worker’s compensable injury - Review individual invoices and ensure payment authorisation is as per claim approval and AMA rates. - Provide clear instructions to external stakeholders such as panel solicitors, rehab providers, and independent examiners to assist management of claims. - Coached new starters and provided advice to the team on how to create strategic actions for ongoing management of claims.Achievement & Notable actions- Awarded the business awards for Living our Values and Demonstrating the EML Way in IFNSW,- Nominated for outstanding Internal customer service award in IFNSW,- Managed two Health Portfolio over 6 months while achieving the highest CSAT result in IFNSW in EML with 93%

Worked as a panel operator in an internet research team, with my role including recruitment, maintenance of panels, and helping resolve technical difficulties panels may experience.I manage incoming calls and emails from panels and provide them with technical support.I helped create a guide for the panel to navigate our system to reduce the workload of my panel team effectively. Due to many of the panel that are elderlies who have trouble with using computers and smartphones, I use my rapport skills to help them destress and resolve their technical issues.

As an intern, I conduct research to improve gatekeepers' workshop content.My research includes content to provide effective suicide prevention workshops, how to attract men to attend suicide prevention workshops, barriers to men's help-seeking behaviour, and culturally and linguistically diverse implications in suicide prevention.During my internship, I also received training in suicide prevention provided by Wesley Mission.
