Various jobs and roles during 14 years in the private sector, in addition to 8 years in the public sector, have given me a broad background in quite a few different industries. My working domain has always been within leadership, strategy, and commercial development. My edge is really being all-round in understanding business and operations through broad industry insights, courage to think differently, and curiosity to learn more. I am also a pretty decent person who will greet you with a smile.I am about people being seen and heard. I know it is only then really good things can start to happen in a team or a business. We need trust, encouragement, and support to achieve commitment. I am used to taking on the responsibility for budgets, teams, and results from being a manager and leader for about 10 years. My trademark is my commercial orientation, ability to bring groups together, and the sound strategies creating a mutual cause and way forward. I have learned to be clear, to listen and dare to make decisions. At the same time, I have also learned to reflect, time initiatives, and understand that change can take time and need finesse.While I definitely appreciate working strategically, I also like to get things in place. I want to start solving problems. That combo makes me into a strategic doer who appreciates the width in between, high and low.
