Since graduating from Kentucky's Murray State University, Michael's professional career includes 30 years at Walmart in financial and accounting fields, working in the US and 16 international countries, Merrill Lynch Financial Advisor in Rogers, AR and now with Retail Reclamation supporting Walmart suppliers from a financial perspective. Through these experiences, Michael has developed a strong financial acumen, critical thinking, along with a very customer-centric perspective. Michael and his team of receivable specialists are well positioned to help Walmart & Sam’s Club suppliers improve their receivables collection and navigate the Walmart dispute portal. Michael and his family, along with their very special collie, Sadie, and rescue, Flapjack, live in Rogers where they enjoy spending time with friends and enjoying all that life in Northwest Arkansas has to offer.
