Just over twelve months with the new Exec team setting up Create Infrastructure, the NSW Government's Cultural Infrastructure Program Management Office. A very busy secondment into a brand new function within the State Government; project focus was on leading ongoing development of the MAAS Project, Statewide Digitisation Program; and Regional Digital Programs, while working with a new Executive team on the Cultural Infrastructure Strategy, whole-of-state infrastructure planning and the setup, processes and staffing up of a 'start-up' within Government.
