Michael acquired more than 12 years of facilities and engineering management experience specializing in energy and sustainability management, admin and technical services, client management, employee management, vendor management, sourcing and procurement, car fleet and overall workplace/office management. After which, he accepted an offer from Jones Lang LaSalle Phis., Inc. as an Assistant Facilities Manager of Ericsson Telecommunications, Inc. and became Engineering Manager leading a regional team in Energy Conservation and Sustainability Program for all sites across Southeast Asia and Australia. He accepted a new role as the Site Lead / Facilities Manager for Reed Elsevier Philippines where he became the account lead in managing multiple sites in Quezon City and Iloilo City. Michael accepted an opportunity in JLL Malaysia under Appraisal Property Management (part of JLL network) and managed the office spaces, showrooms, workshops and warehouses of different local clients - Cycle & Carriage Bintang, dealer of Mercedez-Benz; Baker Hughes, an oil services company; and Aero Alliance, sales of machineries and related components.Michael is currently a JLL Director and an Account Manager based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Philippines. He is also the ISO Manager and a certified Internal Auditor for ISO 41001:2018 Facilities Management System of JLL Phils., Inc.
