In my role as Operate & Landscape Manager I am responsible/accountable for:* Managing the supportability of the application portfolio.Steer the various support teams on support processes and act as escalation channel for the business. * ProjectsEnsuring the supportability of applications during project phases, whether it is regarding a migration or on boarding project or the implementation of a new application.* Asset ManagementEnsuring all assets are properly documented in the repositories, being utilized in the most effective and efficient way, streamlining the infrastructure due to cost effectiveness.* Stakeholder ManagementKeep in touch with various stakeholders and make sure requirements are being met. Managing expectations and keeping the relationship between stakeholders alive and sound.* FinanceKeeping track of and managing invoices, purchase orders and outline agreements.Managing latest estimates and actuals and see whether the budget and all costs are aligned with the assets we have and manpower we use.* Miscellaneous activitiesAct as the Functional Site Owner for our SharePoint team spaces.Process champion for Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management.

Intranet Applications Specialist:I work in a team of 9 persons, covering a portfolio of more than 65 web- and user applications globally. The applications are built on different platforms and with various programming languages, such as VBA, .Net and SharePoint, for both intranet and internet. Our main objective is to steer the support teams and guard and streamline the internal support processes, following ITIL. Furthermore do we act as delegate for Delivery and Service Managers. My area lies primarily in the .Net and Sharepoint built applications, mainly for the intranet. Situation Manager:I am one of the Situation Managers within the IT support organisation. In case of major problems with critical applications, the Situation Manager will facilitate and coordinate the relevant support teams in order to come to a speedy and proper solution and will act as the focal point for the involved stakeholders and customers.Process champion:Next to my day-to-day responsibilities, I am also Process Champion in Situation- and Problem Management. I act as Focal Point for the support teams, but also for customers. It's not just questions I try to answer, I also take the initiative to streamline and standardise the processes within the support organisation. I also give training and refresher courses on both subjects.

Maintenance on and development/design of webpages and webapplications on the intranet for both internal Shell websites as websites for Shell Businesses. First- and second line support to customers and web editors. Provide courses for customers in regards to Content Management Tools, for colleagues in regards to programming languages (ASP, Javascript).
