CurrentPartnering a complex, multi-site business through cultural change, acquisition and integration.Working with a Board that know and publicly state that increased staff engagement and related workstreams are linked to better business results and shareholder return.Responsibilities and achievements:- Delivered complex review of reward structures to give Board oversight and understanding of link between variable pay and profitability, enabling enhancements.- Compiled all regulatory reports (e.g. Code Staff list, successful Material Risk Taker exclusion requests, Remuneration Policy Statement, MIFIDPRU & Pillar 3 Remuneration Disclosures).- Guided company through renewal of directors’ remuneration policy, liaising with shareholders and proxy agencies and brokering changes to original proposal. - Among eight company ‘insiders’ under non-disclosure agreement in run-up to sale of company.
